Meet the Creator

Sarah Jean

I'm Sarah. I trained in restaurants before I knew it was training — learning where the line between a fine dinner and a memorable one gets drawn. Somewhere along the way I fell hard for charcuterie: the crystalline shard of an aged gouda, the quiet perfume of quince paste beside manchego.

So I built Cured Creations around that obsession. Every item on your board is one I've tasted, considered, and chosen on purpose — from local Alberta artisans and specialty importers I trust personally.

Why hosts are choosing charcuterie in 2026.

The short version: interactive food stations solve more than aesthetics. They solve dietary accommodation, party flow, and the photos guests will actually share.

$70–$85

The average per-person spend on food and drinks at events in 2025. Investing in presentation and quality is how thoughtful hosts make that budget count.

Questions? We've Got Answers.

What areas do you serve?

Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Beaumont, and Fort Saskatchewan — basically anywhere within about 45 minutes of downtown Edmonton. For events further afield, reach out and we'll work out the logistics.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for the best availability and customization options. However, we do accept last-minute requests based on our schedule. Reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your event!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — as standard. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher-style, and low-sodium are all in the regular rotation. For events over 50 guests I provide a detailed allergen map labelling every item. If you have a severe-allergy situation, let's talk about it directly in writing before we finalize the menu.

Do you offer wine or beverage pairings?

Yes! Our curated wine and beverage pairing recommendations elevate the entire experience. We can suggest pairings based on your selections, or coordinate with your preferred sommelier or caterer. This is available in our Premium and Luxury packages.

What's included in your setup?

Our team handles everything: elegant serving stations, professional arrangement of selections, quality serving utensils, and tasteful presentation. Setup and breakdown are included in all packages. We arrive prepared and leave your space immaculate.

Can we customize our package?

Of course! Every event is unique, and we pride ourselves on customization. Whether you want to blend elements from different packages, add special requests, or create something entirely bespoke, we're here to make it happen. Let's discuss your vision!
